1. Trade-only marketplace
MAO Wholesale serves registered businesses. Accounts are subject to approval by K.MAO Co., Ltd., and we may decline or close an account at our discretion. Prices and member tiers shown to approved accounts are confidential and for your business use only.
2. Orders & quotes
Items added to your order list are a request, not a confirmed order. We confirm live stock, final pricing and totals before fulfilment; an order is binding only once confirmed by us. Minimum order quantities (by the case) apply.
3. Pricing & tax
List prices are indicative; your price depends on your approved tier and volume. Prices are in USD and exclude delivery unless stated. Applicable VAT and taxes are added per Cambodian law.
4. Payment & credit
New accounts order prepaid via ABA PayWay (KHQR or card). Approved accounts may be granted a credit limit and net payment terms; overdue balances may pause ordering and accrue charges.
5. Delivery, title & risk
We deliver from our distribution hub or offer collection at MAO stops. Risk passes on delivery or collection. Report shortages or damaged cases within 48 hours of receipt for credit.
6. Returns
Wholesale goods are non-returnable except for damage, defect, or short shipment reported within 48 hours. Perishable and clearance lines are final sale.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
