Who we are
MAO Wholesale is the business-to-business trade marketplace of K.MAO Co., Ltd., operating at maowholesalekh.com. We supply registered businesses across Cambodia.
Information we collect
When you apply for an account or place an order request we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone, business type, area, and the products you enquire about. We also collect standard technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) to operate and improve the site.
How we use it
To review and open your business account, set your pricing tier and terms, process and deliver your orders, provide support, and send service messages about your account and orders. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with our group company K.MAO Co., Ltd. and the logistics, payment (ABA PayWay), and IT providers needed to fulfil your orders — under confidentiality. We may disclose information where required by Cambodian law.
Data retention & security
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them. We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and audit logging.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and opt out of non-essential messages, by contacting us.
